Bruce moved to Chicago from Washington, DC in 2005 to pursue acting and improvisation and joined Sideshow Theatre in March 2009.  He has performed at various venues in DC and Chicago including the Washington Shakespeare Company, The Annoyance Theater, iO, Second City, and the Greenhouse Theater and is currently a member of the independent improv/sketch group buROCKracy.  Bruce has a BA in Drama and Secondary Education from the Catholic University of America in DC, and completed his student teaching at the Duke Ellington School of the Performing Arts. Sideshow credits include Sammy in Lanterns on Lamar and Florizel in Everything Freezes.  Most recently he performed as Wilbur in the Tony Award-winning musical Hairspray aboard the largest cruise ship in the world - The Oasis of the Seas.
